Start at 序章
Open 序章 on Qidian and follow that catalog from 浪潮之卷, not from the newest button. The Chinese original, 钢铁火药和施法者, is the book page. On 15 October 2026 the mobile page called it 连载, author 尹紫电, category 奇幻, updated 2026-09-24, with 296.35万 characters. The catalog listed 645 rows.
The newest button is not the door
The newest timestamp points at 第一百一十章 狐鼠游戏（二十）. 296.35万 characters is a shelf label, not a dare. You are deciding whether 序章, filed under 奇幻, is your door. 连载 is a status.
