The special is real. On 12 October 2026, Bangumi lists 诡秘之主特别篇 as three episodes, first broadcast 20 June 2026. MyAnimeList titles episode 1 Lord of Mysteries Special: City of Silver, with the Chinese label 白银城篇, and the same air date. That episode’s synopsis, credited there to Crunchyroll, is short: a young man from a place without sunlight prays to the Fool and meets the Tarot Club. Bangumi’s blurb for the whole special adds a name, Derrick, pulled up from the City of Silver, and then moves on to a different errand. This page keeps the prayer. It does not retell the errand. View counts and mismatched platform dates were not checked, so they stay off the page.
Start at the book, not at the city
Open the Chinese original on Qidian and read chapter 1, 绯红, then the rest of that table of contents. On 7 October 2026 the opening guide still found the book page marked finished. I did not reopen the catalog today to hunt the characters 白银城.
What the public synopsis can support is the city’s first hearing: a prayer, then the club. Reference pages put Derrick’s later responsibilities as far along as volume 7. The special is an entrance, not the city’s whole address in the book. Unofficial catalogs file a chapter titled 白银之城 under part 1, 小丑. That filing was not rechecked on Qidian, so there is no chapter number here, and no suggestion that you skip to it. Skipping lands you past the only pages these notes have actually read.
