Northward Rivers and Mountains: where to start 北望江山

Catalog only. The chapter bodies were not read. No quoted lines, no free-preview paste, no claim that a welcome row, a restarted chapter 1, or the newest button is the first door.

Search Northward Rivers and Mountains or 北望江山. The Qidian page does not print an English title. The mobile book page is book 1044750637, author 孤独麦客.

There is no 作品相关 shelf. 上架感言 closes the first copy of that volume. A second copy of the same volume name continues at 第63章 章法. 第2卷 restarts the count at 第1章 瓜洲. The next row after 引子 is 第1章 太仓. The mobile page said 连载. The newest catalog timestamp is 第220章 永不复兵火, chapter 934370701. The door is the earlier row.

Start at 引子

Open 引子 on Qidian and follow that catalog from 第1卷：娄东太仓吴要津，襟带闽粤控蛮荆, not from the newest button. The Chinese original, 北望江山, is the book page. On 15 October 2026 the mobile page called it 连载, author 孤独麦客, category 历史·两宋元明, updated 2026-10-15, with 198.46万 characters. The catalog listed 643 chapters. The public pitch was not copied here.

The newest button is not the door

The newest timestamp points at 第220章 永不复兵火. 198.46万 characters is a shelf label, not a dare. You are deciding whether 引子, filed under 历史·两宋元明, is your door. 连载 is a status. Another history door, already on the shelf, is the Shao Song opening guide: that one starts at 明道宫, and later volumes also restart 第一章.

Who should start here

Try it if a search for Northward Rivers and Mountains or 北望江山 sent you and you want this Chinese original by 孤独麦客, on book 1044750637.

Leave it if you want a newcomer’s first chance at training, checked scene by scene. That door is the RMJI opening guide. The shelf is the Northward Rivers and Mountains reading series. The index is where to start.
