Where the shows actually play
These are the apps and networks that hold the rights, or say they do on their own homepage. A site that offers every episode of everything, with no login, is not on this list. The last card is the episode map on Margin Notes.
Nothing on this page matches that.
Netflix
The default living-room app. The catalog moves. The point of linking it is the official player, not a “free episode” blog.
Disney+
Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and a lot of television that used to live on Hulu in some countries. Check the region before you promise a title.
Max
Warner’s streamer: HBO shows, and a lot of the catalog people still call HBO Max out of habit.
Prime Video
Amazon’s player. A title can be “included” or a separate rental wearing the same logo. Read the button.
Hulu
Mostly a U.S. shelf of current television. If the page will not load outside that country, that is the product, not a broken link.
Apple TV
Apple’s own shows, plus a store that rents films the subscription does not include.
Crunchyroll
The large licensed anime service. Funimation’s library largely landed here. Still not every show, and not a fansub archive.
Bilibili
The Chinese site with licensed anime, variety, and a comment bar that sometimes reviews the show for you. Official uploads sit next to user videos; check the badge.
iQIYI
iQIYI’s international front door for licensed mainland dramas. The domestic app is a different catalog with a different login.
Youku
Alibaba’s video site. Useful when a mainland series is not on the international apps and you can sign in.
BBC iPlayer
BBC television, in the UK, with a TV Licence. The programme pages outside iPlayer are still public and useful for titles and dates.
PBS
U.S. public television. Passport is a member extra. The episode pages are still the cleanest place to read what a documentary actually covered.
The Criterion Channel
A paid shelf of restored films, with notes written by people who care about the print. Not a free classic dump.
MUBI
A small rotating shelf, one film a day in the old pitch. Good when you want a curator and a bad fit when you want a back catalog.
AMC
The network that aired Better Call Saul. Episode titles and dates on this site were checked against public pages in that family, not against a recap blog.
YouTube
Official channels live here next to everything else. A film uploaded by a stranger is not a license. Look at who posted it.
NHK World
NHK’s English-language service, free in a lot of places, with news and a thinner drama shelf than the domestic apps.
Better Call Saul notes
This site’s map of all sixty-three episodes: titles, U.S. dates, and a spoiler line per hour. Not a stream.
