Better Call Saul Seasons 1–6 Episode Guide
The episode pages spoil seasons 1 through 6, including endings. The short lines below name the hour’s question. They are still spoilers if you have not watched.
Better Call Saul season 1 is a ten-episode AMC season that premiered in the United States on February 8, 2015, and ended on April 6, 2015. Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould created the series and ran the premiere season. AMC’s Central Europe series page describes it as a Breaking Bad prequel set six years before Saul Goodman becomes Walter White’s lawyer, and it introduces the lead, at that point, as Jimmy McGill.
This section is separate from the book essays. Each episode page is an original guide: what the checked plot turns on, how the regulars shift, which ideas the hour is using, and what is worth a second look. The pages do not quote dialogue, do not copy another outlet’s recap, and do not use stills.
Season 1 opens after Breaking Bad, then moves to Albuquerque in 2002. Season 2 stays in that year and puts another later-life opening on its first episode page. Season 3 opens with another later-life scene. The season 3 list dates Mabel’s Albuquerque scenes in 2002 and dates several later episodes in 2003. Season 4 adds later-life openings of its own and, where the list gives a year, moves from 2003 into early 2004. Season 5’s main action is dated 2004 by that season’s list, and Magic Man adds another later-life opening. Season 6 has thirteen episodes, from April 18, 2022, through the August 15, 2022 finale. Where that list gives a year, it includes 2004, a 2008 meeting, and scenes in 2010. This hub does not retell Breaking Bad beyond the connections those entries name.
Coverage is seasons 1 through 6: sixty-three episodes, in broadcast order. Titles, numbers, U.S. air dates, writers, and directors were checked on 2026-10-07. Where a scene is not part of that check, it is not narrated here. Each episode page adds a short observations section, and that section keeps only connections the same check supports.

Sources checked
Episode titles, numbers, U.S. premiere dates, writers, and directors for seasons 1 through 6 were checked on 2026-10-07 against the English Wikipedia articles for those seasons. The season 1 article lists an official AMC series address. On 2026-10-07 a request to that address returned AMC’s Page Not Found page (HTTP 400), so it is cited as the listed series page, not as a page this guide was able to read.
Two official AMC pages did open. The Central Europe series page states the creators, the regular cast, and a ten-episode debut season. Bob Odenkirk’s cast page on amc.com sits on the Better Call Saul path and identifies him with the series; it does not list season 1 episode credits, and those credits were not taken from it. This guide does not reproduce dialogue, subtitles, or another outlet’s recap.
